HR Coordinator

As an HR Ops Coordinator at Better, you will be an Individual Contributor as part of the Global HR Shared Services team in India, supporting India and US. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and maintaining data for documentation - Managing HR documentation, paperwork, and online offline filing - Supporting People Process logistics, ID card creation, insurance paperwork etc. - Following up for closure on HR activities We are looking for someone who puts people first, working in the best interest of both our employees and the company.
