Address objections and questions with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism to build trust and confidence in our process. Strategically guide candidates through the decision-making journey—from initial interest to successful enrollment in our services. Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing satisfaction. Keep accurate records of all interactions, feedback, and conversions in internal systems/CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to provide candidates with up-to-date job market insights, process updates, and next steps.
