HR Compliance Professional

Your role in our mission will involve the entry and maintenance of the compliance tool, ensuring an understanding of all compliances required for the organization, keeping the team informed of any compliance updates, managing Aparajitha who serves as our compliance partner, ensuring all returns are filed correctly and on time, and assisting the Head HR in obtaining all required approvals. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additionally, you should have three or more years of compliance experience, experience working with compliance programs, policies, and procedures, familiarity with compliance-related guidelines, laws, and regulations, as well as experience working with compliance-related information systems. Apart from the basic qualifications, proficiency in personal computer and business solutions software skills, effective communication skills, strong interpersonal skills for interacting with business unit personnel, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team are also essential for success in this role.
