HR Communications Specialist

As a City Head in our Rest of India city operations vertical at Porter, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the entire city through various demand and supply levers to enhance the experience for all stakeholders. This position requires a combination of strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, people management, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in process improvement and optimization. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development and implementation of internal communication plans for company-wide People & Culture initiatives. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content for various communication channels such as emails, newsletters, intranet articles, reports, and event-related communications. Additionally, you will collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop assets for campaigns and events, manage key communication channels like Slack, emailers, digital screens, and internal platforms like Notion and Darwinbox. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2-4 years of experience in internal communications, content creation, or employer branding. Strong writing skills, the ability to adapt tone for different audiences, and proficiency in using Google Suite, Canva, and basic content tools are essential. Exposure to HR or People-related initiatives would be considered a valuable asset in this position.
