Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the

    Performance Management Framework

  • Conduct regular

    RAG

    reviews and performance tracking.
  • Define KRAs/KPIs with department heads and ensure alignment.
  • Drive

    BGV (Background Verification)

    onboarding processes

    for new hires.
  • Coordinate

    training programs

    with internal/external trainers.
  • Plan and execute

    employee connect and engagement initiatives

  • Continuously bring

    innovative ideas

    to enhance performance and culture.


What We’re Looking For:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR with

    2–4 years of experience

    in HRBP, PMS, or L&D.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about building a

    high-performance and people-first culture
