HR Business Partner, India Commercial

As an HR Business Partner working with the Waters Division India Commercial organization, your main role involves partnering with the organization to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity. You will report to the Vice President of HR for the Waters Division and will be responsible for creating and implementing human capital strategies that support commercial growth, innovation, and overall organizational effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with sales operations and finance on annual incentive structure and planning - Providing consultation to executive and senior leaders on organization design and development aligned with business strategy - Facilitating organizational and leadership development efforts to address human capital issues - Consulting with business leaders on talent, leadership, diversity & inclusion, workforce optimization, and change management - Leading and executing business-specific projects to meet business requirements and outcomes - Serving as a business partner, change agent, and member of the line leadership staff - Offering counsel and coaching to leadership while managing overall business relationship on behalf of HR Qualifications required for this role include: - Undergraduate degree and 15+ years of relevant experience - Experience working with commercial organizations and expertise in sales incentive compensation - Proven ability to translate changing business objectives into effective HR strategies focusing on Organization Design, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Change Management In terms of key competencies and experience, you should have: - Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor, and respond to HR and financial metrics - Experience in working with commercial organizations and understanding sales incentive strategies - Strong business acumen with the ability to comprehend business goals and objectives - Proven capability to drive broad complex projects to successful completion - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills The company, Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), is a leading specialty measurement company with a history of over 60 years in pioneering chromatography, mass spectrometry, and thermal analysis innovations.
