Role & responsibilities

Manpower Planning and Budgeting:

  • Conduct thorough manpower planning and budgeting analysis to align with business requirements.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage bulk hiring processes, ensuring timely release of offer letters.
  • Plan and execute recruitment drives at branch locations.

Onboarding

  • Oversee the entire employee onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration into the bank.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.

Employee Engagement and Development

  • Educate staff on bank policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals
