This Position reports to:

Service Manager

Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.

In this role, youll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Service division at Nashik, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
  • Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
  • Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.
  • Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role
  • You are immersed in HR function in switchgear industry
  • You have 10 to 15 years of working experience as HR Business Partner from a manufacturing industry background
  • You have hands on experience in strategic alignment, workforce planning & talent management, employee relations & engagement, compliance and labor law management etc...
  • Degree in BBA / BBM / MBA (should be full-time)
  • You are at ease communicating with employees, stakeholder, cross-functions and leadership team
