Job Description

We are Hiring for HR Business Associate/Business Development Manager acting as a liaison between clients and the HR team to manage client requirements will need strong communication, conflict resolution, and project management skills. This role involves understanding client needs, translating them into actionable HR tasks, and ensuring smooth communication and execution by the HR team. They will also need to manage expectations, track progress, and report on the status of client requests

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related HR needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and specific HR requirements.
• Proactively communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and the HR team.
• Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts between different parties.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Especially Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
