Job Description

As a Benefits Coordinator at our WHQ office, your role will involve supporting and administering various benefits programs, mobility strategies, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders will be crucial in this role. You will play a key role in: - Maintaining employee records, processing field assignments, and assisting in data reporting and analytics. - Administering and managing mobility and field assignment processes, including verifying and processing field assignment bonuses. - Supporting audits for ex-employees by exporting Power BI reports and updating active field assignments. - Monitoring active employee assignments nearing completion, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation. - Organizing and managing the Field Assignment inbox to ensure efficient handling of communications and documentation. - Inputting expenses into field assignees" Oracle profiles to maintain accurate financial records. - Overseeing benefits program administration, including the USA Monthly Billing and Flexible Spending Account reporting. - Creating and managing comprehensive documentation for benefits processes, including PeopleDoc tagging. - Researching monthly wellness topics and developing engaging content and infographics for the Wellness Content Calendar to promote health and well-being throughout the organization. - Partnering with stakeholders to analyze data and identify opportunities for improving benefits and mobility programs. - Performing other ad hoc duties as requested. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Candidates should possess 1-3 years of professional experience, with a preference for backgrounds in HR or benefits administration. - Proficiency in data management and reporting tools. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
