HR Asst. Manager

You will be responsible for enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This includes maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions, supporting organization staff through recruiting and interviewing programs, and preparing employees for assignments by conducting orientation and training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs for employees - Monitoring and appraising employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees - Implementing employee benefits programs and informing employees of benefits - Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements - Enforcing management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures - Managing human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with SPINE and Google suite (Google sheets/Google forms/Google drive etc) is preferred - Total work experience of 5 years is required - Ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work in Mumbai, Maharashtra The company is located at Nariman Point and the job type is full-time.
