What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing. Use Sales Navigator to search and identify candidate profiles. Share leads or profiles with the hiring/recruitment team. Support sourcing efforts for various job roles. Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable handling multiple roles at once. Basic understanding of how to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
