HR Associate

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as an HR Associate, where you will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, employee engagement, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, which includes tasks such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientation. - Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring the accuracy of all data. - Support various employee engagement activities, celebrations, and company events. - Draft various HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, exit letters, and HR communications. - Collaborate with the HR team to enhance HR processes and improve the overall employee experience. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role (internship experience will be considered). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and HRIS systems would be advantageous. - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.
