1) Collect data from the site for payment of wages. 2) Documentation of Provident fund, Esic, salary sheet and other HR related purposes. 3) Monthly assessment of mandays. 4) Preparing gate passes of the workers. 5) Collection of essential documents for registration of the worker 6) Can handle all day to day HR related activities. (. Recruitment. Joining Formalities. Induction Program. Time Office and Attendance. Payroll. Maintaining Employee data. Preparing Reports. Other Generalistic Role) 7) Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions. 8) Paying employees by calculating pay; maintaining records. 9) Must be proactive well versed with advance excel & word & good command on English language. 10) Accomplishing human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. 11) Maintaining human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
