HR and marketing Trainee

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR & Marketing Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an MBA graduate who is eager to learn, passionate about HR and marketing functions, and ready to contribute to various organizational activities. This role provides excellent exposure to real-time HR operations and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

• Responsible for recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
• Responsible for onboarding and induction processes.
• organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Help in managing attendance, leave records, and HR databases.

Marketing:

• Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Assist in social media management and content creation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate promotional activities and events.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to marketing activities.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR and marketing concepts.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
