Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR, internal communication, or employee engagement
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive work environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR tools
• Creative thinking for internal events, campaigns, and culture-building activities
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do:

• Manage recruitment activities – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews
• Onboard new team members and ensure a smooth joining experience
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, internal events, and celebrations
• Create internal communication content – newsletters, announcements, updates
• Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR operations
• Foster a strong work culture by promoting open communication and feedback
• Assist in performance tracking, feedback collection, and policy updates
• Act as the communication bridge between teams and leadership for smooth operations
