Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Business Partnering: Partner with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with growth and client delivery models. Support manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational restructuring. Contribute to leadership decisions through data-driven HR analytics and insights. Payroll & Statutory Compliance (PAN India): Lead end-to-end payroll processing and compliance for employees deployed across multiple client locations. Ensure 100% statutory compliance under PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, CLRA, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishments, etc. Coordinate timely returns, inspections, and statutory audits with labor consultants. Talent Acquisition & Staffing: Lead corporate recruitment and bulk hiring for contractual/technical manpower across India. Build partnerships with staffing vendors, job portals, and recruitment agencies to maintain a healthy talent pipeline. Own onboarding, joining documentation, and project-based manpower deployment. HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee employee life cycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and F&F settlements. Drive policy implementation, employee record management, and centralized HRMS adoption (e.g., GreytHR, Pocket HRMS). Maintain master compliance trackers, registers, and audit logs at the corporate level. Employee Engagement & Relations: Build a strong connect with employees deployed across various states and client sites. Lead grievance handling, feedback mechanisms, and HR helpdesk management. Organize corporate engagement activities, townhalls, rewards & recognition, and communication forums. Corporate Administration (Head Office): Manage office lease, utilities, vendor coordination (housekeeping, stationery, travel desk, courier, etc.). Support internal coordination for board meetings, policy documentation, and general admin needs. Ensure compliance with corporate office standards, employee seating plans, and office supplies. Client & Project HR Coordination: Serve as the key HR point of contact for project teams and customer HR teams. Ensure alignment on workforce documentation, onboarding SLAs, and compliance reporting. Coordinate employee deployment plans with project managers. Desired Candidate Profile: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent. 1015 years of relevant experience in HR leadership , preferably in technical services, staffing, or engineering services industry . Expertise in multi-state payroll , compliance , and bulk manpower deployment . Experience in corporate HR operations, team management, and policy implementation. Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and vendor contract regulations. Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Proficient with HR tools like GreytHR, Pocket HRMS, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
