Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. • Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies). • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. • Coordinate and support training and development programs. • Assist in preparing HR letters (e.g., offer letters, increment letters, experience certificates). • Support payroll processing by collecting relevant employee data. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Administration: • Oversee general office operations and maintenance. • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement. • Organize travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and company events. • Maintain company assets and records. • Support facility management, including housekeeping and security coordination. • Assist in managing company correspondence and courier services.
