About the Role:

HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and analyze HR data related to recruitment, performance, attrition, compensation, and employee engagement.
Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports for management review.
Support HR business partners in data-backed decision-making.
Conduct regular audits of HR databases to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Generate insights from HR metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
Assist in the implementation of HR systems, tools, and process automation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT) for workforce analytics and reporting needs.
Participate in annual HR projects such as performance appraisals, salary benchmarking, and employee surveys.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards) and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred).
Working knowledge of HRIS or HRMS platforms (Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data responsibly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or related HR functions.
Exposure to HR metrics, workforce analysis, or predictive analytics preferred.
