HR Advisor

As an HR Advisor at our organization, your role will be crucial in shaping a thriving workplace by providing support and advice on people and workplace related issues to all employees and managers in India. You will be the first point of contact for handling sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing HR advisory services by supporting and advising employees and managers on people and workplace related issues. - Conducting a risk analysis of any issues and escalating them to HR Business partner when necessary. - Updating HR Business partners on HR activities in India and ensuring compliance with workplace rules and standards. - Coordinating and managing performance management issues and coaching managers on good practices. - Educating and supporting Managers on various processes including Absence Management, Equal Opportunities, and Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures. To qualify for this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience: Qualifications: - MBA in Human Resources preferred Work Experience: - Minimum 6-7 years of experience in HR Advisory services in India - Good understanding of HR practices and employment law Person Specification: - Highly organized with multitasking abilities - Strong communication skills and ability to advise on employee relation issues - Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and confidentiality - Self-motivated with minimal supervision required Essential Criteria: - Previous experience in a similar HR Advisory role - Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office products In addition to the above, we offer a competitive salary, generous work-life balance policies, paid leaves, onboarding and development opportunities, pension schemes, and more.
