Job Description

As an employee attendance coordinator, your role will involve maintaining and updating attendance records on a daily basis. This includes ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. You will also be responsible for managing and tracking leaves, absences, late arrivals, and other attendance-related data. Generating regular attendance reports for management review and calculating employee working hours, overtime, and leave balances in accordance with company policies will be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the finance department for timely salary disbursement and maintain employee records and documentation in a systematic and confidential manner. Assisting in preparing HR reports and maintaining digital and physical employee records will also be a part of your duties. You may be required to support other HR functions as needed.
