HR & Admin Intern (Work From Home)

myResto Today Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing FoodTech & SaaS startup.

We are looking for motivated HR & Admin Interns to join our remote team and support our people operations as we scale.

This role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, and especially aspiring entrepreneurs who want hands-on exposure to how startups build teams, processes, and culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordination
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes (joining, exits, documentation)
• Maintain HR records, employee data, and internal documents
• Assist in hiring and firing process coordination under guidance
• Support HR strategy building, policies, and internal process planning
• Handle basic admin tasks and internal coordination
