HR Admin Intern

About Us:
We are a Dubai-based digital marketing agency with our operations located in Kochi. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Administration Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in HR and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
• Support office administration tasks including coordination and documentation.
• Manage team attendance, leave tracking, and assist with salary calculation support.
• Help in day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
• Coordinate with management and employees for effective communication.
• Contribute to team management activities and HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or final-year students (Degree in HR/Management preferred).
• Very active and enthusiastic with good managerial and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Must have a personal laptop.
