Job Description

Job Title: HR + Admin Executive
Location: Mall Road, Kanpur
Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR + Admin Executive to handle HR operations and ensure smooth office administration. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of PF, ESI, HR documentation, and admin coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain attendance, leave records & employee files
  • Handle onboarding, exits & basic grievance redressal
  • Assist in payroll & HR documentation
  • Manage office operations, vendor coordination & petty cash
  • Oversee facility management, utility bills, and admin records

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years’ experience in HR & Admin
  • Good knowledge of PF, ESI & labor compliance
  • Strong in MS Office & communication
  • Prior e-commerce/retail experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree; BBA/MBA in HR is a plus
