HR & Admin Executive

You will be joining Reach Global India Pvt Ltd, a renowned player in the Healthcare Industry and Dentistry, operating under the brand ORO. ORO caters to both domestic and international markets, with a presence in over 40 countries and a manufacturing facility in India. As the HR-Admin Executive, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily administrative tasks, ensuring plant cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and discipline, as well as monitoring employee attendance. Your key responsibilities will involve onboarding new employees, maintaining and updating employee databases, preparing essential documentation for new joiners, monitoring attendance and leaves, issuing necessary letters, managing factory records, organizing employee engagement activities, overseeing administration tasks, managing office supplies and pantry items, coordinating with the Head Office, conducting exit interviews, sourcing candidates, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring effective housekeeping activities on a daily basis. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a good understanding of employment and labor laws, effective time management abilities, and strong administration skills. The position requires a Full-time commitment with a monthly salary range of Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 16,000, based in Shirwal. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA in HR with 1-2 years of relevant experience, although freshers are also encouraged to apply. In return, you will be entitled to benefits like Provident Fund, working in a day shift schedule, and utilizing your proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages.
