Job Description: You will be responsible for various HR and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company. Your role will involve assisting in recruitment processes, managing office administration, coordinating employee engagement, maintaining compliance records, supporting legal documentation, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and legal norms. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities. - Manage office administration supplies, vendors, and facilities. - Coordinate employee engagement and internal communication. - Maintain statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, etc.). - Support basic legal documentation, contracts, and license renewals. - Ensure adherence to HR policies, company rules, and legal norms. Qualification Required: - Mandatory: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (BBA), or equivalent - Preferred: Masters in Business Administration (MBA - HR or Administration specialization),
