Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: 1. Develop and convert leads for domestic and international tour packages. 2. Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client requirements. 3. Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by management. 4. Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and walk-in customers. 5. Upsell travel services such as insurance, visa, flights, hotels, and add-on tours. 6. Follow up with clients post-tour for feedback and future referrals. Operations Responsibilities : 1. Coordinate with vendors for hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, guides, etc. 2. Ensure smooth execution of tours by preparing tour documents, vouchers, and confirmations. 3. Manage pre-tour briefings and post-tour reports. 4. Handle on-tour emergencies, last-minute changes, or customer complaints efficiently. 5. Liaise with accounts and documentation teams for invoicing and compliance. Key Skills Required: 1. Strong product knowledge of domestic and international destinations. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Good negotiation and vendor management abilities. 4. Proficiency in MS Office, GDS (preferred), and travel CRM tools. 5. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills. Qualifications & Experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management. 2. Minimum 1–6 years of experience in sales and operations in a reputed travel company. 3. Experience in handling FIT and group tours. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
