Your responsibilities will include supporting the smooth running of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest levels of guest experience, proactively improving guest satisfaction and comfort, achieving hotel targets and housekeeping initiatives, controlling costs and inventory, maintaining productivity and performance levels, building effective relationships with key stakeholders, taking ownership of departmental programs that enhance service standards, profitability, and cost control, and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices through diligent planning, delivery, and documentation for internal and external audits.
