Housekeeping Supervisor

2-3 Years of Experience in Hotel Management/Healthcare/Hospital Field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the housekeeping staff; providing open communication, training, coaching, and counseling and provide performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Supervise and inspect the cleaning of the floors/wards / ICU’s / Operation Theater and special rooms and ensure compliance with the NABH standards and regulations to achieve a high level of cleanliness and customers satisfaction.
• Supervise assignments to staff reviewing special requests and areas of concentration to ensure a smooth flow of the housekeeping operation.
• Issue supplies/goods to staff at beginning of a shift in order to control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available while controlling expenses.
• Monitoring the hospital wastes, linen and pest control practice.
• Respond to staff and customers requests, concerns and problems to ensure customers satisfaction.
• Participates and contributes to all the Quality Improvement activities of the services.
• Adheres to the rules and regulations of the SRH and assures that work performed is in keeping with the established standards of the NABH.

Job Specifications

• Must be graduate with Housekeeping experience
• Experience in Hospital Industry will be a value add
• Must be willing to work in night shift
• Must adhere to protocols for Houskeeping regulations in a hospital

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
