Job Description

Job Responsibilities To Install, maintain and repair ventilation of HVAC systems and equipment To perform repairs for cooling, dehumidification, to remove moisture out of the air in the hospital air conditioning units To ensure optimal functioning of HVAC equipment To clean, adjust and repairing systems, and perform periodic maintenance services To perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating motors, and inspecting electrical connections To diagnose and repair systems, install new systems and ductwork, to identify malfunctions, faulty components, or performance issues Must use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess system performance, temperature differentials, airflow, and electrical connections Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines when performing AC installations, repairs, or maintenance To perform periodic rounds to all area to support equipment and maintains operating log of conditions observed and implement in preventive maintenance work To update the work order log book and inform the Engineering control desk on the status of work done Job Specifications Must be a Certified A/C technician Must have strong understanding of HVAC systems in Hospitals Ability to use various tools, power tools and testing equipment Must be willing to work in shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 24/06/2025
