F To check in the logbook for the day's work and allocate manpower for the same.
F To arrange the necessary materials and indent for the materials.
F To prepare for preventive maintenance.
F To carry out breakdown maintenance.
F To maintain the air-handling units, fan coil units, window and split a/c's, package units and central air conditioning plants.
F To carry out modification works in A/C.
F To maintain and inspect the chilled water line system.
F To plan for shutdown works and carryout the same.
F To inspect all the A/C equipment's.
F To prepare costing work for major renovations/modifications.
F To attend to it's problems and solving them.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
