Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, caregivers, and family members regarding home care services.
• Provide detailed information about services offered, including care plans, pricing, availability, and eligibility requirements.
• Assess client needs and preferences to match them with appropriate caregivers, ensuring compatibility and satisfaction.
• Schedule home care services according to client preferences, caregiver availability, and company protocols.
• Coordinate with caregivers to ensure timely arrivals, schedule adherence, and proper documentation of services provided.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and caregiver assignments using CRM software or databases.
• Handle complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management and care coordinators to address any challenges or discrepancies in service delivery and implement corrective measures.
• Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement in service quality.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and company policies to provide accurate information and guidance to clients and caregivers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
