Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff, providing clear direction and guidance. Assign tasks and monitor the completion of work in time. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met. Machine and Chemical Training: Train housekeeping staff on the safe and effective use of cleaning machinery (e.g., floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, vacuums). Ensure team members are knowledgeable about the proper handling and application of cleaning chemicals, ensuring they follow safety guidelines and environmental best practices. Monitor the proper storage and use of chemicals to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety standards. Inventory and Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper use of resources. Order cleaning supplies and ensure proper storage to prevent waste or misuse. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and maintenance requests.
