Job Description

Olga Resorts is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a comfortable and pleasant experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, linen management, and public area maintenance. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Train, schedule, and monitor housekeeping staff to maintain efficiency and professionalism. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; place orders as needed. Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with the front office and maintenance teams for smooth daily operations. Prepare housekeeping reports and assist in staff performance evaluations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
