Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities
• Allocate work assignments and prepare staff duty rosters
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Monitor usage of cleaning materials and maintain inventory
• Manage staff attendance, performance, and discipline
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning standards
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
• Basic reporting and record-keeping skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in hotels, hospitals, corporate offices, malls, or residential projects
• Local candidates preferred
• Immediate joiners will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,239.69 - ₹28,185.78 per month
