1. General Cleaning & HygieneMaintain cleanliness of office premises, factory floors, cabins, corridors, washrooms, pantry, and common areas. Ensure daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal as per schedule. Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation at all times. 2. Washroom & Pantry MaintenanceClean and disinfect washrooms regularly; ensure availability of water, soap, tissue, and handwash. Clean pantry area, sinks, and drinking water areas. Report any plumbing or sanitation issues immediately. 3. Waste ManagementCollect, segregate, and dispose of waste as per company guidelines. Ensure dustbins are cleaned and garbage is disposed of in designated areas. Support eco-friendly waste practices where applicable. 4. Inventory & ConsumablesMonitor housekeeping supplies such as cleaning materials, toiletries, and consumables. Inform supervisor in advance for replenishment of required materials. Use cleaning materials safely and responsibly. 5. Safety & ComplianceFollow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Use protective gear such as gloves, masks, and uniforms as provided. Ensure floors are kept dry and warning signs are placed to avoid accidents. 6. Support & AssistanceAssist in setting up meeting rooms, events, or inspections when required. Support emergency cleaning requirements during audits or visits. Cooperate with other departments for smooth operations. 7. Discipline & ConductReport on time and follow assigned duty schedules. Maintain discipline, honesty, and professional behavior at work. Respect company property and follow all workplace rules and instructions. 8. Reporting & EscalationReport damages, breakages, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately. Escalate hygiene or safety concerns without delay.
