Utilize Google tools like Sheets and Docs for report generation, data analysis, and operational documentation. Support the back-end operations by ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Collaborate with the head office team to implement strategies and processes that enhance operational efficiency.

We work closely with leading government institutes, universities, and research organisations across Mumbai. Role Overview We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and disciplined candidate for an On-Field Sales Executive role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and handling on-ground sales activities at government institutes and universities. The first 1–2 months will focus on training — understanding our customers, our product range, our internal processes, and how we operate. After the training period, the candidate will report directly to the Director. Key Responsibilities Visit government institutes and organisations across Mumbai (CIFE, FDA, Forensic Labs, ICT, University of Mumbai, CIFT, CIRCOT, etc.) on a regular basis. Build relationships with lab personnel, faculty members, purchase departments and administrative staff. Collect inquiries, follow up on quotations, and support order approvals. Submit bills and supporting documents in person for payment processing. Handle vendor registration, paperwork, and other formalities required by institutes. Work on the GEM portal for quotations, bidding, and order-related processes. Maintain daily visit logs, inquiry details, sales records, and follow-up trackers. Coordinate internally for deliveries, dispatch, and payment follow-ups. Represent Malti Labs professionally during all field visits. Who We Are Looking For 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome). Any graduate can apply; a chemistry background is a bonus. Strong communication and people skills. Discipline in follow-ups and record-keeping. Basic computer proficiency (email, Excel, GEM portal basics — training provided). Honest, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
