Housekeeping Staff

We are urgently hiring Housekeeping Staff who maintains the cleanliness, order, and hygiene of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in hotels, hospitals, or private residences. Key duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, making beds, and replenishing guest supplies. Housekeepers also report maintenance issues, handle laundry, manage trash, and sometimes interact with guests to provide information or address concerns. Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Sanitizing:
• Dust all surfaces, including furniture, lamps, and countertops.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture.
• Mop and sweep floors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures, mirrors, and windows.
• Disinfect electrical equipment like TVs and remotes.
• Room Maintenance:
• Make beds with clean linens.
• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, and paper products.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Public and Back-of-House Areas:
• Maintain the cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, and other communal areas.
• Clean up spills promptly.
• Dispose of trash from communal areas.
• Laundry and Linen:
• Wash, dry, and iron linens and guest laundry as needed.
• Maintain an organized stock of linens in the linen closet.
• Reporting and Guest Assistance:
• Report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to management.
• Answer guest requests and address their needs or concerns.
• Inventory and Supply Management:
• Ensure that cleaning agents, toiletries, and other supplies are stocked on housekeeping carts and in designated areas.

• Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail is crucial to ensure thorough cleaning and a pleasant environment.
• Physical Stamina: The role requires standing, walking, and handling equipment for extended periods.
• Organization: Ability to organize tasks efficiently and maintain cleanliness standards.

• Communication: Clear communication with management and other staff members.
