We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to maintain the villa’s cleanliness, organization, and presentation to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will ensure all guest areas and rooms are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain all guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily. Change bed linens, restock towels, and ensure all amenities are replenished. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including poolside, lounges, and common areas. Handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization. Assist in kitchen upkeep and dining setup when required. Ensure proper waste segregation and maintain hygiene standards. Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Provide courteous assistance to guests when required. Requirements: Prior housekeeping experience in villas, resorts, or hotels preferred. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
