1. Greet members courteously and assist them in navigating spa/sauna facilities. 2. Provide towels, robes, slippers and other amenities. 3. Respond promptly to members queries and requests. 4. Maintain a calm, professional and welcoming presence. 5. Maintaining accurate records. 6. Regularly clean and sanitize all areas with the help of housekeeping staff. 7. Check and report any equipment malfunctions (e.g. sauna heaters, lockers, showers etc.) 8. Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are followed. Report any accidents, injuries or concerns to the management immediately.
