Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines along with assuring the highest degree of quality .Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing. Roles & Responsibilities To Ensure Housekeeping placement Assigns Workers their duties in all the Floors, Manager Cabin, Server room, Front Elevation and including kitchen & washroom, Building Area & Parking area. Supervise Cleanliness activities of House Keeping & Inspect Work of Conformance to prescribed Standard cleanliness of store is done before 11:00 A.M Co-ordinate with Store Managers for Stock taking and ordering cleaning equipment. Ensure cleanliness of all the floors is done on hourly basis & Maintain a Checklist Ensure cleanliness of kitchen & washroom at all the times & Maintain a Checklist Making sure staff work to health and safety rules check on parking area & Lift on regular Basis if any Problem arises talk to Service Provider & Get it done . Records data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and Work Checklist, prepares periodic reports Related the Work Assign.To ensure records related housekeeping is maintained. Ensure glass cleanliness of manager cabin, server room, trail rooms & cash counters are maintained Regarding water for sump & water dispensers availability need to check regularly and Make Sure that Monthly Water Bill is Paid or not Fallow up with Accounts Team Properly Ensure that the doors are sealed Properly while opening and closing of the store. whether closing tags are matching with the tag. Check the Tag and Sign the Register. Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications: Any Degree Must have 3 to 4 years of Experience Must Know Language-English,Kannada,Hindi,
