Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to meet guest needs.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to resolve issues promptly.

5-10 years of experience in hospitality or hotel management with a focus on housekeeping management.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, safety regulations, and industry standards.
