Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to meet guest needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to resolve issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in hospitality or hotel management with a focus on housekeeping management.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, safety regulations, and industry standards.
