Housekeeping Manager

• Guest Room & Public Area Upkeep
• Ensure all guest rooms, suites, and public areas reflect 4-star premium standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
• Implement daily room inspections and periodic deep cleaning schedules.
• Monitor linen, laundry, and amenities to maintain quality and timely availability.
• Property Maintenance & Standards
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure proper upkeep of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and resort facilities.
• Oversee pest control, waste management, and eco-friendly housekeeping practices.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Team Management & Training
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of housekeeping associates to deliver consistent service excellence.
• Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning techniques, guest interaction, grooming, and safety standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower for efficient operations.
• Leadership & Administration
• Manage housekeeping budgets, inventory, and cost control without compromising on quality.
• Develop SOPs to align with Le Seasons’ brand promise of premium guest experience.
• Coordinate with Front Office and F&B to ensure smooth guest service and prompt resolution of requests.
• Prepare reports on room status, occupancy support, and housekeeping performance for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, property maintenance standards, and guest service excellence.
• Proven team management and leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Eye for detail and commitment to maintaining a premium brand image.

Pay: ₹40,830.19 - ₹44,972.34 per month
