Job Title: Housekeeping Manager Location: Resort near Annavaram, Andhra Pradesh Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Industry: Hotel & Hospitality Experience Required: 6 to 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage the housekeeping operations of our resort near Annavaram. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the hotel and hospitality industry, with a proven track record of maintaining high cleanliness and guest service standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily housekeeping operations including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house cleaning. Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Manage laundry operations and ensure proper linen and inventory control. Coordinate with front office and maintenance departments for smooth operations. Monitor housekeeping supplies and control costs without compromising quality. Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally. Ensure adherence to resort policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. Requirements: 6 to 10 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in resorts or hotels. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail with excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
