Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager with at least 3 years of experience to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure timely and efficient cleaning of rooms and public areas.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve complaints related to cleanliness.
  • Train, evaluate, and provide feedback to housekeeping staff.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,190.44 - ₹25,205.46 per month
