Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager with at least 3 years of experience to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure timely and efficient cleaning of rooms and public areas.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are met.
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints related to cleanliness.
Train, evaluate, and provide feedback to housekeeping staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,190.44 - ₹25,205.46 per month
