Housekeeping Field Officer

Key Responsibilities: • Company ke sabhi housekeeping sites par visit karna aur cleaning work ka inspection karna. • Department / site in-charge / adhikariyo se milkar site ke housekeeping performance ka feedback lena. • Ensure karna ki cleaning, dusting, mopping, waste disposal, washroom maintenance jaise kaam standard ke hisab se ho rahe hain. • New sites pe setup karna — site chaloo hone ke pehle manpower arrange karna, cleaning material aur supervisor ko assign karna. • Supervisors aur workers ko guide karna ki kaam sahi tarike se ho aur discipline maintained rahe. • Regular inspection reports aur updates head office ko dena. • Site par koi complaint aaye to uska timely resolution karna. • Company ke quality standards aur safety rules ko implement karna. ⸻ Required Skills & Qualities: • Strong communication & coordination skills (adhikariyo aur staff dono se baat kar sake). • Leadership ability – housekeeping supervisors aur staff ko handle kar sake. • Time management & planning – multiple sites visit karne ki ability. • Housekeeping operations, cleaning materials, aur machines ka basic knowledge. • Reporting skill – daily observation likh sake aur office ko update kare. • Problem-solving mindset aur customer handling experience. • Own vehicle aur travel karne ki willingness. ⸻ Preferred Qualification & Experience: • Minimum 1–3 years ka experience housekeeping / facility management field me. • Graduate ya 12th pass bhi chalega (experience hona zaroori).
