Housekeeping Executive

• Staff Management: Schedule shifts, assign duties, train new hires, provide feedback, and handle performance issues.
• Quality Control: Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleaning meets established standards, ensuring sanitation and safety protocols are met.
• Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ordering replacements as needed, and reporting needed repairs.
• Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Operations: Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures, maintain records, and collaborate with other departments.

• Conducting daily staff briefings.
• Performing physical checks of assigned areas.
• Reporting maintenance issues to relevant teams.
• Assisting with cleaning tasks when short-staffed.
• Ensuring compliance with health regulations (especially in healthcare settings).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
