Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Communication Hub: Act as the main contact for calls, relaying messages and requests to the right personnel (supervisors, attendants, maintenance).
Room Status Management: Update the housekeeping board/system with real-time room status (occupied, vacant, dirty, VIP, out-of-order).
Guest Request Handling: Receive and log special guest requests (extra beds, amenities, late check-outs) and follow up until resolved.
Staff Coordination: Assign daily duties, create rosters, brief staff, and direct them to their work areas.
Coordination: Liaise with the Front Desk for guest arrivals/departures and Maintenance for repairs.
Key Management: Issue and track guest room master keys and departmental keys.
Reporting: Prepare daily reports on occupancy, maintenance needs, and performance.
Inventory/Supplies: Monitor and manage the distribution of linen and supplies.
Safety & Standards: Ensure adherence to hotel cleanliness and safety protocols.

Key Skills:

Strong organization & multitasking.
Excellent communication & telephone etiquette.
Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
Detail-oriented & ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
