Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards. The role ensures guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per hotel standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities daily or as required.
• Check and report any maintenance issues or room damages to the supervisor.
• Replenish housekeeping trolleys and supplies before and after each shift.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain lost and found records in coordination with the housekeeping desk.
• Assist with laundry or other housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Uphold the hotel’s grooming and behavior standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; diploma or certification in Housekeeping preferred.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning in hotels is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
