Job Title: Housekeeping Associate Department: Housekeeping Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper Job Summary: The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards. The role ensures guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Key Responsibilities: Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per hotel standards. Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities daily or as required. Check and report any maintenance issues or room damages to the supervisor. Replenish housekeeping trolleys and supplies before and after each shift. Ensure proper handling and usage of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times. Handle guest requests promptly and courteously. Maintain lost and found records in coordination with the housekeeping desk. Assist with laundry or other housekeeping duties as assigned. Uphold the hotel’s grooming and behavior standards at all times. Requirements: Minimum 10th/12th pass; diploma or certification in Housekeeping preferred.
